The arrest follows a couple of similar incidents in recent months in which Somerville detectives have busted massage-parlor workers accused of engaging in the illegal sex trade. In October of the city shut down a massage parlor at the corner of Highland Avenue and Lowell Street that was In March, detectives arrested a woman who was allegedly providing at another parlor on Highland Avenue.
The recent arrest happened at A Medford St. According to the report, detectives discovered an advertisement on back.
When he showed up at the massage location, a year-old woman escorted him to the back room and told him to disrobe, the report says. Moments later, Natalia Silva, 25, of 10 Lincoln St. The detective called in the arrest team, and Silva was arrested and charged with offering sexual conduct for a fee.
